Berger - Pastis

Pastis

Berger

Pastis is a traditional French alcoholic spirit with anise flavour. Pastis is often drunk as an apéritif, especially in Marseilles.

French Pastis since 1830

Since 1830, Berger has maintained the tradition and spirit of its founder, Charles Frédéric Berger, with Berger Pastis and Berger Blanc. Pastis was introduced in France after the ban on absinthe and owes its flavour to the liquorice root.
