Goblet - Genever

Genever

Goblet

Goblet young grain genever is a 100% grain genever. This genever can be characterised as exceptionally soft with the presence of juniper berries.

Genever at its mildest!

Goblet takes its name from the golden goblet depicted on the label. This Goblet was presented to Michiel Adriaansz de Ruyter of the States General as a reward for his heroic actions during the voyage to Chatham in 1667. He managed to overcome the English defences, ending the prevailing trade war.

When distilling this soft grain genever, age-old traditions and craftsmanship go hand in hand with traditional distilling techniques.

Goblet Grain Genever 35°

Goblet Grain Genever is distilled according to traditional methods and is the result of age-old craftsmanship and artisanal distillation techniques. We obtain the characteristic softness of our jenever by distilling a herbal mixture in a copper alembic containing Italian juniper berries, liquorice, coriander and fennel seeds.
